Alex has a top 2: Miami and Wisky (no offer). If Wisconsin doesn’t offer in a week expect Alex to become a Redhawk. It the Badgers do offer, Alex says he’ll have a tough decision to make.

Alex can’t wait to sign his Letter of Intent:
Stewart—a 6-foot-2, 260-pound defensive lineman who was first-team all-district and second-team all-state-- made a verbal commitment to Miami just before DeSales lost 28-7 to Steubenville in the Division III state championship game Dec. 2 at Paul Brown Tiger Stadium in Massillon. He is expected to sign a letter of intent in early February.
“It was pretty much the whole atmosphere that kind of drew me to Miami,” Stewart said. “Their practices were all really intense. After talking to the coaches, everything they do is really intense. Some of the things they did as far as how they like to practice and the way they carry the program seemed kind of like a bigger version of what they do at DeSales.”
Stewart was first-team all-state and all-district and honorable mention ThisWeek Super 25 as a junior after finishing with 73 tackles—including 23 for losses—and nine sacks as DeSales went 8-5 and was a regional runner-up.
