OK, so we rarely link to ESPN content that doesn't mention Miami (with the possible exception of our favorite Page 2 Columnist, David Fleming, but at this point in the preseason, we're happy to make an exception to the rule.
Pat Forde has listed 23 steps to gridiron sanity -- an article that is amusing and truthy, despite the very last rule: "If you turn to a sportswriter for guidance on how to be a college football fan, reevaluate your priorities."
