Draft Day Speculation
With the next selection in the 2003 Draft, the (insert team name) select: Danielle Berkemeier, Forward, Miami University.
Those historic words could be uttered Sunday when the WUSA Professional Soccer League holds its 2003 player draft.
Danielle is entered in the draft pool but has no idea where she could end up. A team couldn’t possibly go wrong by selecting one of the most competitive and skilled athletes Miami has ever produced.
