Congratulations New Miami Pros
Congratulations are owed to a number of former Miami RedHawks following this weekend's NFL draft and subsequent Free Agent signing activities. After four or five years of hard work at Miami, they have the opportunity to work their way into an NFL paycheck next fall.
First off, "The Freak" Terna Nande was drafted in the fifth round. He will be joining Jacob Bell as a Tennessee Titan.
Once the draft was completed, NFL teams swooped in on a number of RedHawks to sign them to free agent contracts. Thanks to NickSkin, here is a full list of the free agent signees that we have at this time:
- QB Josh Betts -- Indianapolis Colts
- OL Todd Londot -- New York Giants
- OL Nate Bunce -- Chicago Bears
- WR Martin Nance -- Buffalo Bulls
- LB John Busing -- Cincinnati Bengals
- DB Darrel Hunter -- Arizona Cardinals
We still have yet to hear anything about Marcus Johnson (DL) and Mark Kracium (OL), but we will keep you updated if we hear anything.
