Miami Ends Fall Season With Runner-Up Finish

Miami finished one-under as a team, but Memphis rode a strong final day to take the championship at the thirteen-team Missouri Bluffs Challenge in St. Charles, Mo. Matt Thomas led the RedHawks with an eight-under par 205 but lost a playoff to Memphis’s Andy Shiels to finish second overall.  Other RedHawks with strong finishes included Ryan Swelin (212, 6th), Connor Doherty (216, 13th), Rob Davidge (220 t-29th), and Mike Calkin (223, t-39th).  The RedHawks resume play in early March with a tough road trip to the St. Croix Collegiate Classic.
