Most Recent Story: Women's CC takes 8th place at Great Lakes Regional
Laura Neufarth led the way for the RedHawks at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional meet on Satuday (Nov. 10th) in Bloomington, IN. Finishing 5th overall with a time of 20:55, Neufarth lead Miami to an 8th place finish (284 points). Michigan State (60) and Michigan (63) grabbed the top two team spots. Mid-American Conference mates Akron (263) and Ball State (285) took 7th and 9th place, respectively, while MAC champion Ohio U. (286) finished 10th. The individual champion was Nicole Edwards of Michigan, who finished with a time of 20:30.
Also scoring for Miami were Jennie Stoll (47th, 22:16), Kelsey McHugh (64th, 22:44), Rebekah Hollander (77th, 22:59), and Mia Fiegelist (91st, 23:07).
At-large bids (for teams and individuals) to the NCAA Championship meet will be announced on Monday (Nov. 12th). Look for Laura Neufarth to represent Miami at the championship meet in Terre Haute, IN on Nov. 19th!!
