Miami Football
Our new Hawk of the Week isn’t an individual--it’s a whole team. By coming out on top 38-31 against the University at Buffalo, the RedHawk football team secured its first victory of the season and stopped a losing streak dating back to the Northwestern game. Standing out were RB Austin Sykes, who scored his first career touchdown, and LB Joey Hudson, who had two interceptions and a sack. The win gives the team some much-needed momentum in the quest for 8-6, a MAC title, and a bowl win. Congratulations to the Miami football team, the Hawk of the Week!
