Most Recent Story: Dan Huling — Distance Star
Congratulations to Miami senior Dan Huling, who broke Mike Hallabrin’s 22-year-old school record for 3000 meters indoors this weekend. Huling’s efforts led to a 12th place finish at the USA Indoor Track and Field Championships on Saturday. Running against a field consisting primarily of sponsored, post-collegiate athletes, Huling more than held his own, posting a fine time of 8:06.38 and breaking one of Miami’s oldest track and field records by over six seconds. Keep an eye on Huling this spring as he continues his assault on the RedHawk record books!
