I sentence him to hold a block party and feed the neighborhood with as 5X the amount he defrauded. _________________ Season ticket holder football and hockey since 1995

If the one arm of the government (the state lottery) can't be bothered to share lists of winners with another arm of the government (the state welfare office), I don't see why it should be on the lottery winner to do so. After all, the government knew she won. _________________ "Psycho was low on talent. Psycho was low on athleticism. Psycho can play on my team any day. I'm not a lawyer like y'all, but this seems like the flimsiest argument ever:

Actually they have a rule that you don't have to report any one time increase in income. ie if you win 4-5k at bingo or on a scratch off. You don't lose your funding.
BUT if you end up having savings over 2k, you do have to report that.
Why 2k>? It's the minimum the govt recommends you maintain in an account for emergencies I believe.
So any one time winnings are safe if you a) keep em in cash b) spend all but 2K in your checking/savings acct.
BUT I've never seen nor heard of any rules that mention mega-million jumps in income (one time)--- common sense would then apply as would rule #2. Interest alone from most mega-million jackpots would be well over 2K a month.
Darwin and Murphy will do their best to take care of the ignorant w/too much money.
I'm sure her lawyer will point out that "One time income increase" clause and how long she had to adjust and wait for real income other than cash etc... _________________ ESPN is to the BCS what FOX News is to the Republican party.
