No big surprises of the early final scores...but all eyes are on Syracuse/UNC-Asheville game.

That was very bad. Len Elmore was very bad. Almost everything was bad about this game, but the officiating--really strange.

The goaltending and the out of bounds play with under a minute left were mind boggling bad.

So was the goaltending AGAINST Syracuse earlier in the game. The goaltending calls evened out. Then, there was a foul on the out of bounds play that wasn't called. Two bad calls in one play. But, they evened out.

I mentioned this in the other thread, but I was there. A foul call on the out-of-bounds play would have been just as suspect, as it was a 50-50 ball and both guys were going for it.

it was NOT a foul.. not even close

The lane violation was the correct call... but how many times do you see that called in a game, let alone a NCAA tournament game

Holy crap. Norfolk State never loses in NCAA tournament appearances. The school is now 1-0 in such games.

Kyle O'Quinn!!!

Had Missouri in the Elite 8, but I'll take the upset because the guy currently leading our office pool had Missouri winning it all. Very Happy

I had Mizzou losing to Florida, so I don't even lose too many points. That said, even if my pick for the national champion got booted by a 15 seed, I still wouldn't care. I'd rather see the 15 seed get its chance to celebrate.

Imagine if Lehigh's top scorer could actually shoot...

28 points but on 9-26 FGs and 8-15 FTs.
