Triple D = Diners, Drive-ins and Dives
Hosted by Guy Fieri...whom I guess MrG is referring to... _________________ “If you don't have goals, you are just wandering around.” - Ryan Jones |

Oh. You mean the guy that will take any gig that's offered to him and is currently way overexposed.
Got it. |

In fairness, people who come down 10-12 weekends a year aren't exactly the target market for fast food places Uptown. |
True...but originals add to a place. Do alums come back and think boy I have to get a sandwich from Jimmy Johns or a pizza from Pizza Hut or a quarter pounder at McDonalds. Or do they want a turkey gobbler from SDS, a slice of Brunos, a bagel from Bagel and Deli and a burger at Skippers? I'd love for uptown Oxford to have a really great diner...there's something great about knowing you can finish an English paper somewhere and get a piece of pie and cup of coffee at 3:30 a.m. _________________ Season ticket holder football and hockey since 1995

New place is open on Church St... The Quarter... friends have told me food is wonderful (chef from Alexander house I believe) I plan to try it Thurs
They will be closed for food one day of the week so that they can brew- and I guess it is open to the public to come in and brew your own _________________ Love and Honor |
