I spent the weekend downtown for a music festival, and discovered a new, local treasure - Tom+Chee. It's short for Tomato Soup + Cheese, and tonight I had the Jalapeno & Roast Beef Chee, with lettuce and tomato.

It's freaking delectable. They have a booth on Fountain Square that is open during events, and are working on a full-time location on Court Street.

Check it out if you're downtown - you won't be disappointed.
