According to WMUB (Miami U public radio), the future of rock-n-roll is in doubt. Money seems to be the issue. It is reported that the station may not be able to pay to transmit its music and other programing by web broadcast. WMUB says the last day for WOXY could be approximately May 13.

I don't know how this might affect our favorite play-by-play personality, but I certainly hope for NO IMPACT.

Please BAKE, can you give us some more information.

Damn Damn Damn is that depressing news!! This is the only radio station I ever listen to on a regular basis.

Hell- with 50,000 on line listeners I for one would be glad to pay a monthly fee for listening on line.

What a crap way to start Saturday morning.
