It's SW Ohio....Believe me. There is more than one armed man walking around Oxford. I guess they just have reason to believe this one has bad intentions.

That's what I'm wondering about. I don't know about Ohio, but in VA anyone can carry a gun in a holster (no permit needed). Saying there's "an armed man" is kinda like saying there's "a blond man" walking around. And, regardless of whether open carry is the rule in Ohio, I'm certain there are a lot of hunters in the area, so the fact that someone has a gun isn't exactly news. I'm much more interested to know what exactly makes this armed man a person of interest to the police.
