It is time for the annual report
The swallows have returned to San Juan Oxford.
The traffic in Oxford today is the worst that I have ever seen.
The temperature is 88 and bikinis are everywhere.
Games of Pong are breaking out all over, and the outdoor patios at
Skipper's, Brickstreet & 45 East are overflowing.
Beer is running in the streets & you all are missing it. _________________ "Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end." |

You are an evil man.
I love adult life, and in many and most ways, I'm content and happier with life than in college, however, this is the only time I get morose. The next 6 weeks are the purest and best collegiate times, especially in Oxford. Nice weather, college football, light class work, just epic. _________________ http://velvetblazer.blogspot.com |

I was in Chicago over the weekend and happened to pass by some school in Wrigleyville on Sunday. Plenty of ladies in bikinis out tanning in the park next to the school, if that's what you're after. _________________ "Psycho was low on talent. Psycho was low on athleticism. There's a school in Wrigleyville? Oh not a college, I get it. Well I mean, I can go to North Avenue beach and get the same scene, but it just doesnt feel the same as when they are your classmates and you could see that foxy dime in class, or one of 4 "popular" bars, haha. _________________ http://velvetblazer.blogspot.com |

Do we really love Miami sports this much, or is it just that we wish we could travel back and forth in a time machine? _________________ Mel Knowlton '37- my friend

Update:
I was driving up High Street at 3:00pm Friday afternoon
As I went past Skipper's, I saw a packed patio with 2 beer bongs in action. _________________ "Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end." |

If you call them beer bongs when we're having dinner there, I will pretend I don't know you. |

No problem.
We're Skipping Skipper's next week and moving the circus to The Smokin' Ox instead. The special there next week is called Pirates' Bullpen: ($3.00 pitchers). _________________ It's "Miami University," plain and simple! For as long as the wind shall blow! |

As a former resident of Oxford, I can't say that I really miss living there. I like it that much better here in Cincinnati.
I never really did like Move in/Move-out day, both before and after I went to Miami. |
